We are committed to providing you with a seamless online shopping experience. If you are not 100% happy with your purchased item, you will have 15 calendar days from receipt of your order to submit a Return Request and send back your item(s). All refunds are issued via original payment method; no exceptions. Late returns are accepted at Kismet By Milka’s discretion, and may only be refunded for store credit.
We accept returns & exchanges on all regular and sale priced items. Please ensure that returned items are new, unused and have all tags still attached. Please include all designer packaging (e.g. jewelry boxes, pouches, tags etc.) with your return. We will not accept returns that are without designer tags, damaged, used and/or altered.
Republic of Turkey Customers: Kimset By Milka does not charge shipping for any Domestic Shipment. However the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
International Customers: If you live outside Republic of Turkey, we are unable to offer you complimentary return shipping at this time. You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as any customs duties or taxes that your return package incurs.

We will require the reason of return, your order number and the photos of unused jewelry for return authorization.

Your Return Request has now been submitted and you will receive an email confirmation that includes your RMA number. Enclose a copy of the RMA # confirmation email or simply write your RMA# on the original packing slip. RETURNED PACKAGES WITHOUT AN RMA # WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.**
For International shipments outside of Republic of Turkey, you are responsible for the cost to return your item(s).
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your returned package has been received and your refund has been processed.
*FAULTY GOODS: If you received damaged or faulty goods please email us at [email protected] and write 'Faulty' as the Subject of your email with an explanation and product pictures..
**If you did not receive an email confirmation with your RMA #, please contact [email protected] before shipping back your item(s).
Gift Returns: If you have received an item as a gift, you may return it for a store credit to your Kismet By Milka Store (to create an Account, visit http://store.kismetbymilka.com) Store credit will be automatically applied to your next purchase.
